On almost every other game I just have to plug my controller and it's okay, windows recognize it and I'm able to play. PS4 support was brought with their Xperia 5 (and mapped specifically for Fortnite).
There are also 2 holes at the back, I guess the one hole not centered and at the side of "Sony" label at the back is the reset hole button. My first line of original suggestion to search the internet: reset Dualsense controller, do show more information with pictures on which hole and how to reset controller.
